Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including service delivery, compliance, audit, dispute handling, legal, tax, accounting, and security purposes. Collection, payment, audit, and compliance records may need to be retained longer than ordinary marketing records because they document regulated or legally relevant activity. Demo lead records are retained only as long as needed for sales follow-up, analytics, and business recordkeeping unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information or knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
