Focus describes primary positioning, not every supported debt type. InDebted also supports B2B invoices through Receive.

Public sources checked September 9, 2026.

Sources & scope

A dash means the reviewed sources did not confirm the feature. It does not mean the provider lacks it. AI-led and business focus describe public positioning.

Fees are a percentage of recovered cash. “By quote” means the provider offers contingency collection but a public percentage was not found. Contract and litigation terms can differ.

Modern Collections

B2B collection through AI voice, email and an API. No invoice minimum; 5–15% of recovered cash, set per invoice before outreach. Legal collections are coming soon.

InDebted

Collect focuses on consumer repayment with AI and human support. Receive also supports B2B invoices. InDebted describes commission-only pricing: it receives a share of recovered cash. No public percentage or minimum was found.

TrueAccord

Consumer-focused contingency collections with AI, human support, a payment portal and public Recover API docs. Its third-party service page invites a consultation; no public percentage, minimum or legal-collection offer was found.

Altus

B2B collectors supported by automation, with no account-size minimum, a payment portal and legal escalation. Altus confirms no fee without recovery. Its fee guide describes contingency pricing but does not give an Altus percentage; its 25% calculation is an example. No public API docs were found.

Kaplan Group

Business-debt specialist with an in-house law firm and a $10,000 first-claim minimum. Published US tiers: 20% at $10,000–$49,999 recovered, 15% at $50,000–$499,999, and 10% above $500,000. Eligible smaller claims: 25%. Non-US debtors: 30%. Litigation can cost more. No public API docs or self-service payment portal were found.
