Email a documentation request

Include your company name, the collection workflow you are evaluating, and any review deadline. It helps to identify:

• The invoice and contact data you expect to submit.
• Your platform or direct-business use case.
• Any region, retention, deletion, or transfer requirements.
• Your preferred agreement or security questionnaire, if you have one.

Describe the data categories in the request; customer invoices and bank details are not needed for this initial discussion.

The review can cover the parties’ roles, purposes of processing, data categories, service providers, access controls, retention, deletion, transfers, and the applicable contractual terms. These topics are a review guide, not additional contractual commitments.
