Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to access their account information, make payments, submit disputes, and communicate with us. We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our target standard, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project.
What we do
Measures we take to support accessibility include:
- Using semantic HTML and clear document structure.
- Supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus states.
- Aiming for sufficient color contrast for text and controls.
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful non-text content.
- Labeling form fields and interactive controls.
- Designing layouts that adapt to zoom and smaller screens.
- Reviewing accessibility as part of ongoing design and engineering work.
Recent website review
On September 9, 2026, our public marketing pages were checked in desktop and mobile Chromium. The review covered public page rendering, keyboard interactions in the product examples, reduced motion, automated accessibility checks, and horizontal overflow.
These checks covered the public website and fictional product demonstrations. They do not certify WCAG conformance or establish accessibility across every authenticated workflow, screen reader, browser, or third-party payment component.
Compatibility
We aim to support current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies, including screen readers. Accessibility can depend on the specific technology and settings you use, so if something does not work well with your setup, please tell us.
Known limitations
Some parts of our services rely on third-party components — for example, payment fields and authentication — whose accessibility we do not fully control. We also may not have finished remediating every page. We are working to identify and address gaps, and we welcome reports that help us prioritize.
Requesting an accommodation or reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or you need information or a function provided in a different accessible format, please contact us. It helps if you can include:
- The page or feature involved (a URL is ideal).
- A description of the problem you experienced.
- The browser and assistive technology you were using.
We aim to acknowledge accommodation requests promptly and to work with you on an accessible alternative.
Changes
We may update this statement as our services and accessibility practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
